I usually have Natalie but had to have a different hairdresser on this occasion (Ruby) and I was not aware of the hierarchy of hairdressers when a new name was offered to me so was surprised when my highlights were more expensive than usual. I know understand the stylist/ senior stylist differentiation but I think it would be helpful if the price of the service you have asked for is stated when you book/ or customer should be reminded of it. I am always very happy with the service overall and my hair. Lizzie
