I have been a customer of the Lounge for appoximately four years now and I thoroughly enjoy my visits. All the staff are friendly, my Stylist Laura is professional, experienced and able to give good advice on colour and styles. She is someone I trust and someone I now consider to be a friend. The salon is always clean, bright and well decorated. I very much appreciate the special offers and discounts for special occassions (Christmas and Birthdays etc). The text reminder of appointments the day before is very helpful and it has never been a problem to alter a booking. Excellent value for money!
