10/10 would recommend the cutting room and it is my go to salon! I described what I wanted to Charlotte who really listened and did an absolutely amazing job and exactly what Iād asked for. She described what she was going to do and explained the reasoning behind the process which I thought was so helpful. I absolutely LOVE it and am so so happy with the result. Will definitely be back here again when it grows out. Thank you so much!!
