Very happy with my first visit. Very impressed. Did my eyebrows with Kelly and was very happy with a result. Very friendly and professional, working with precision and thoroughly. Definitely will come back. Also thinking to give a try for my highlights when time comes.

The Chair is an amazing place. I went there after a hair disaster and no only have they save the day for me. I look forward to going and interacting with their amazing staff. Nichole and Kathryn are a delight, wonderful company, and so very knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anyone who asks for a good hairdressers.

During my consultation I started off asking for all over blonde, the lady suggested a few other techniques and after seeing the picture of what I wanted she said we could achieve this. However I’ve left today feeling a little disappointment as though my hair does look nice I don’t feel it is what I asked for which is a shame, as I had a lot of confidence in my stylist and was excited to finally be the level of blonde I have been wanting. During the service, my stylist was quite rough with my hair leaving my scalp quite sore however the head massage I was offered did cease this. My stylist and the stylist working at the sink basin next to us was chatting which was fine until my stylist kept leaning over and would stop doing my hair to whisper in her hear, which felt slightly unprofessional and a little uncomfortable as you could tell they were gossiping about someone. On a more positive note as I really don’t want to complain. The second lady who came and cut my hair (Marissa?) was much more talkative and was really lovely.
