Customer service should be a strong focus, no smiles or greetings. Girls were rather snooty and as much as I wanted to spend money on products and gave an opportunity for add on sales. I was left to figure it out on my own. I probably won’t return again. Pity as I am a new local. Opportunities missed by poor customer focus.

I've been to this salon on a number of occasions. My last visit was no the best. The massage therapist left me in the room for 15 mins during the treatment. The sequencing of the massage was a bit all over the place

I was happy with a change of facial from the one I booked. But I I had some skin concerns I feel were not addressed. The entire time ghe person talked and I could never relax. I left feeling everything done I could have done at home and felt better. I also didn't come in to be told about Chinese medicine and how I need to take a gut supplement and come back for it after I see a specialist. I came in for a fa ial because I ha e been having some bad acne. I left with products that I felt pressured to buy. The person recommending me products never even asked about my skin type or my concerns. She also really talked down products I currently use. I am sad cause I wanted to start getting regular facials but I won't be back for a facial again
