I had the 120 minutes Revive Treatment. The massage & beauty treatments were excellent. I was however disappointed that it ended 20 minutes earlier than expected. My appointment was at 2pm and I arrived early to ensure I was given the full 2 hours, expecting to be completed around 4pm. When I was completed I asked the time and was informed it was 3:40pm. So not sure why I got 20 minutes less. I understand there’s always a few minutes allocated for undressing & redressing, but certainly not 20 minutes.

The massage was very good The noise however from staff outside of our room was a little distracting And probably could be managed by not talking in hallway or talking loudly at reception Otherwise I really enjoyed the massage
