Booking system doesn’t accept vouchers, which would be a good feature to add so clients can book in when convenient for them and not just during business hours. Treatment was relaxing and products were nice. I was happy with it until the therapist went directly from doing my feet back to my face without washing her hands. My treatment was also 10 minutes shorter than the 70 minutes that I was supposed to have.

It was amazing. The consistent effort to make me feel comfortable and making sure I was aware of what was happening during the process helped me feel educated and supported, considering this was my first time undergoing the procedure. Very friendly staff and a welcoming environment from the moment I walked in to the moment I left.
