I arrived at the salon and immediately my coat was taken and I was offered a drink. My stylist introduced herself and I was then taken to a workstation and we discussed what I would like doing to my hair. The stylist was very friendly and easy to get along with, without being over the top. She asked a few questions and then offered her advice on my new hairstyle. Once the consultation was finished I was taken straight through to have my hair washed and was offered a treatment too. The stylist then took me back to the workstation and proceeded to cut and then dry my hair. I am very happy with the service provided and the end result. I have had a few compliments from my husband and workmates on how nice it looks too. I have previously visited Reds in East Herrington but due to the location of the City Centre salon and my positive experience I think I would be most likely to use the City Centre salon in the future. I have brought some Reds cards into work to distribute amoung my colleagues as we were not aware of the fantastic 20% discount.
