Red is a treat to visit. The staff are always extremely friendly and relaxed but very professional. I often have to make appointments at short notice and sometimes with a stylist who isn't my regular stylist. I have always been very pleased with the finshed cut and feel comfortable with the fact that I will sometimes switch stylists without there being any bad feeling. Charlotte and her team have an excellant working relationship which is apparent in with friendliness of your welcome and the satisfaction of the clients. Keep up the excellant work. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else go get my hair cut. Jan x

I approached the girls in the salon with a view to using them to put up my hair for my wedding. I had never been into the salon before and was very apprehensive. The girls were great, I was introduced to Becky who went through a few ideas with me for my big day. We decided on a plan of action and she wrote a detailed schedule out which outlined when I should have it cut, when I was to have it highlighted etc. I followed the plan and then due to weather the girls actually offered to come out to the hotel where I was getting married to do my hair to avoid me getting caught in any rain. The staff were excellent from start to finish, cannot fault them at all, would definitely use them again without hesitation and would be more than willing to recommend them to any friends and family.

Chloe was fantastic. Listened to what I wanted and the finished cut was great. Girl who washed my hair was ok but was a bit slap dash - needs to slow down a bit! I will be back
