I don’t like visiting the hairdresser because I am so fed up with paying for a rubbish cut in a style I didn’t want. Having had my hair cut today, in Planet for the first time, by Naomi, I actually feel, for the first time in a long time, that I might make a return visit. I think she listened to what I said. It looks good today, the day of the cut, and my face actually looks thinner with this new cut. Absolute proof of her skills will hopefully be revealed tomorrow when I wash and dry it myself. But as I say, I am very hopeful and feel that a huge weight has been lifted from me.

Hannah is so talented when it comes to doing my hair. She transforms my dull flat hair into a glamorous colour and cut - I wish I had more opportunities to show it off! Hannah is also very professional but also personable and easy to talk to, making the whole experience very enjoyable.
