All of the staff are lovely, and very well spoken! They are all very professional and the mood is always very uplifting. I haven’t been an Octopus hair client for long however, what I have experienced is amazing and you are always being checked on to make sure you are ok or if you need anything and it’s a lovely environment to be in especially for a pamper to feel good. I know for a fact if I go in there feeling dull I will walk out with a grin ear to ear with the results of my hair and generally how lovely everyone is!
