Been to Jo and cass a lot of times and thought was fantastic. Change of stylist and she just wasn't bothered- no advice given and I tried to speak to her but not a lot of interaction. Services are great I just think the stylist was having a bad day as normally fantastic. My hair colour is ok but not as good as normal
