Absolutely outstanding, from the minute you walk through the door until you leave. You are treat like royalty, you are not just another customer you are made to feel like part of the family. Spotless and inviting salon with professional friendly staff who take time to listen to you, so you get the exact style you want. Such a lovely experience - everyone so friendly and professional. My hairdresser is Chloe. She takes time to discuss requirements and explains how she will do it. The whole appointment is not rushed and is very relaxing. I was delighted by the cut and finish - Chloe is a great asset to the salon. Best wishes to all at Jo Anderson.
