My experience at Hikuss has always been very professional, the staff are courteous and polite. I am seen on time and generally I leave within an hour and 20 minutes. I have only had one negative experience. I asked for a particular hairstyle for a wedding I was attending but was told by the stylist, there was a similar one. I did not like the style I was given,but was too scared to say so.
