I came to Feel from the internet and was a bit apprehensive but this was all unfounded as there was a warm welcome, good attention and advice from Amy - I am pleased with the outcome of the colour and my haircut was done in consultation with my wants and preferences. I would go back happily and recommend the whole experience- very friendly staff in general.

What began as a last minute Friday pm panic booking before a new job on Monday, finished with one of my best haircuts ever! It was quick and easy to book online - you can choose from the stylist profiles, or like me, leave it to Fate by just clicking 'male' to improve chances of a same-day appointment. This was my first visit: my nerves were instantly diffused by the friendly genuine greeting at reception. Alfred my allotted stylist was completely charming and took time checking what I wanted: and 2 days and several bike helmet experiences later, I'm still slightly unhealthily fixated on the light flicky results! Alfred is clearly gifted, gave good colour advice - and didn't try to push any products. Feel the salon seemed to have a cool buzz about it - busy and packed with clients, but not rushed or uncomfortable. My first impression was of confident professionalism amid the staff. I was impressed and have booked again in 2 months'.
