This was my first time at the salon and I had the BEST experience. The staff knew exactly what they were doing and you could tell they were really passionate about hair because they were so excited to talk about potential colours to dye my hair, what would suit me etc. I walked in with no clear idea of what I wanted and not really having an interest in my hair but they were so so keen to talk about different options and in the end I decided upon an Olaplex treatment, wash cut and blow dry. My hair looked amazing! (Didn’t manage to get photos on my phone but we took before and afters which I’d definetely recommend viewing on their website!) My hairdresser, Charmaine, was so so kind and made the experience really great. As did the other members of staff and we even made a TikTok. Could not recommend this salon more, and I booked my next session that day!
