I have been going to Eden Salon for almost 1 year. I really enjoy the friendly service, the products and the entire experience. I used to get anxious to get an haircut/colour. Not anymore. Truly recommended.

It's always a pleasure to visit the salon. The whole team are constantly working together to give you a great experience and style to suit. Natural products are a plus, too.

In Eden Lounge Salon a visitor feels like home. There is a friendly atmosphere between the employees, which is also received by the visitor. In terms of the aesthetic result and the services they provide, I can say, based on my personal experience, that the staff has a wealth of experience. Every person in the salon has something different to offer. All the members of staff are very concerned with the detail in the final result and enjoy their work. I use the services for colouring and cutting. The advice and suggestions given to me always correspond to what suits me individually and they are all willing to explain to you, why they choose a step before you actually do it. I can highly recommend Eden Lounge Salon in Wokingham.

The salon itself was beautiful & had a great atmosphere, i love the fact clean products are used which is why i decided to book in with you guys. Unfortunately Lily was incredibly rude & consistently difficult to communicate with. I initially showed reference photos while explaining in detail exactly what i’d like, i also included pictures for my face framing tapering. Lilly’s response was ‘that’s weird’ while proceeding to argue with me, despite me insisting that’s the style i’d like. I then told her for the blow dry that i don’t want curls, she did the first portion & curled it - i again explained i’d like a volume blowout just slightly curled under, again referenced the initial photo i’d shown. Lilly slammed her brush & blowdryer down while continuing to exhale ‘ugh’.. i left with stick straight & flat hair, nothing like i had explained or referenced. I wasn’t offered water, or any sort of drink during my stay while everyone around me was offered waters, cappuccinos, quite a few different selections. I felt super awkward & uncomfortable throughout my stay. I was informed Lily has over a decade of experience & sadly that didn’t reflect in any aspect of my first time experience.

Staff always very friendly. I enjoy the chat it's a fun half an hour. Oh and the hair cut is good as well!
