Booked appointment online booked for glam blowdry/o styling/problo with jade. Was looking for my hair up for a wedding so this seemed to fit under styling as there were other options for curling etc. Arrived for the appointment for Jade to inform she doesn’t do up do’s. After a couple of minutes told me it was ok as Lucy could do it & would do a lovely job. Unfortunately Lucy could not do it after 45mins we were at a single bobble in my hair & that was it. I then as a customer had to have the awkward conversation of if she couldn’t do it & in the next 20mins to just put a curl in my hair as I was going to then be running late for the wedding (this meaning I was there for over 1hr - i’ve had my hair up at salons many times before & 30-40mins is the most it usually takes) This is what she then did. As the appointment went on it was obvious that Lucy was the apprentice, my biggest issue was that Jade did not come near even though I was booked with her and even at the point that it was clear Lucy was struggling & could not do my hair. So I ended up leaving the salon & going home with basic curls that I could have done myself at home and pinning my own hair - a waste of both my time & money!!
