Great end product and pleased as ever with my haircut. Only irritation on my last visit was no being offered a drink for myself or my two children who were with me on the day. The other small point is the head massage was here or there for me for me it should be asked before it you would like the massage or not, I am assuming it is a free service so it should be optional.
