Comment
I have made attempt for the salon to rectify the issue to my hair after coming in for a service. Upon being left with patchy hair I have received no response from the salon and have waited two weeks to allow time to let them come back to me to rectify this and I have not received a response. I have also since noticed I occurred additional charges to my bill that should not have been on there.
