Excellent customer service as always -professional advice given -staff discrete not intrusion respectful of personal space -great ambiance music just right clean comfortable environment -value for money I have no hesitation in recommending a visit to my friends and family

I have been going to Battisti now for more years than I care to remember. Throughout that whole time I have had my hair cut and coloured by many different stylists but the one thing that they all have in common is skill and a level of talent that helps me to make the most of my hair. I've just left the salon having had my hair cut and blow dried and I'm delighted.

Love the salon - have been going for quite some time. Always see the same people working there which is great - low/no turnover of staff. Always made to feel very welcome. Wouldnt consider going anywhere else!
