First time I’ve visited Austen Thomson and so glad I decided to try somewhere new. Had my hair cut and styled by Louise, who I think is the salon owner(?). I got the appointment through a cancellation- busy diary and I can see why. Amazing job! I’m really happy with the cut, and the whole experience from the moment I stepped in the salon. Great decor and music, good coffee and attentive (though not in your face), helpful staff. Chill indie vibe. Louise talked over options with me, listened and then offered her thoughts, guiding me to a cut I’m so pleased with. Not drastically different but freshened up, the hair around my face shaped more and cut into the ends so there’s more movement - feels great! Very pleased and going back for colour next time. Highly recommend!
