I have used different salons for many years, never visiting more than twice. Colleagues have used Steven & Laurent and I thought I would try it. I will now never go anywhere else as long as it exists. The staff are friendly and genuine but not intrusive. The cost is slightly more than I am used to paying but it is worth every penny. I have loved my hair for the first time in years. They offered me free 'pop in' fringe trims. There is always a chat as to what you want done before they start. Whilst having your hair washed, you are sat in chairs that massage you. Then you have a selection of hot and cold drinks, alcohol if you like, all included and accompanied by lovely nibbles and a specially made biscuit or cake. Steven and Laurent have a fantastic business and make every client feel special. They deserve huge credit.
