Lauren and Suzi are excellent, Lauren for always a superb cut and Suzi for colour, which is so natural looking, I never have to worry about my hair going wrong, they know exactly how I like my hair done and they are both so friendly. The Salon is such a relaxing place and I also have my nails done while the colour is taking saving me time and it lasts for weeks. I am very happy with Fixx Salon and will not be going anywhere else now

Fabulous as always. Normally Ben and Suzy are the team that work their magic on my hair but today it was Lauren and Suzy. All three are brilliant and I am always delighted with their work. I have been using Emma to fixx my nails and she is marvellous too. Julie on reception is so accommodating. All in all wonderful - thank you so much 😀

Put simply this is without question the best salon in the area. Vidal Sassoon trained staff and in Altrincham! good location. Even the better salon's in the area do not come close. Prices are great considering what you get. Charlotte is excellent, gives an honest opinion of what will work best with your hair type which is unusual. Most simply don't care and go through the motions to achieve a mediocre result. Charlotte actual listens, informs you what is possible and best, but ultimately gets results. Great salon I cannot recommend it enough

My first visit to salon was a lovely experience and I walked out 100% happy with my hair, which has never happened at any other salon before. The staff were lovely, the salon is gorgeous and I was made to feel very welcome ! My stylist was Charlotte who was brill. Thank you!

It is an absolute pleasure coming to Fixx, everyone is so welcoming and you feel at home instantly. The salon is stunning and the team are outstanding in their professional skills and knowledge. Lauren, Charlotte, Suzie and Ben are absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend them enough!! If you want to look, feel and have a 10/10 experience then this is the salon for you. The picture I’ve uploaded is after a cut, blow dry and wand curl by Lauren - I literally felt like a princess!!
