I've been a client of LouLou's at Mawson's & Co for a couple of years and have always felt heard, been advised well and had a luxurious and restorative and relaxing experience. Today I visited for the first time after lockdown and the safety measures put in place meant that I was still able to have this experience, which surprised and delighted me! All staff were visibly thorough with cleaning and wearing PPE but in a totally unobtrusive way. Client load was reduced to allow for significant social distancing and equipment was not shared. I felt totally safe and at ease and the experience was still luxurious and enjoyable. I was able to have the same cut, colour and styling that I usually have too! Well done Mawson's!
