I usually have my nails done by Rachel but she was on holiday so I was given Ashley as a replacement. Rachel always provides good service and fantastic nails. I Didn't know what to expect from Ashley but she was just as good. Both girls are both happy and friendly. I have recommended Nouveau to friends.

Never had a bikini wax before and it was completely not what I expected. It didn’t hurt and the lady that waxed me was so friendly and put me at ease. Highly recommend!

My experience at Nouveau Beauty today was every bit as enjoyable as always. Even in these strange and uncertain times the manner in which they are conducting their business is impressive. I was greeted outside with a warm welcome, had my temperature taken and was asked to sanitise prior to being taken to the pedicure chair to be thoroughly pampered. The staff are very professional, the surroundings are impeccably clean and they have very strict social distancing measures in place so at no time did I feel endangered. Scarlet, whose customer service is ace, is doing a great job of ensuring that everything is running according to the rules. You’re doing a brilliant job ladies - keep up the good work!
