Lovely friendly staff, usually prompt and on time to start appointments. Salon is warm and welcoming, I love seeing the dog there, he is so well behaved! It is quite expensive but I am aware that the prices are similar in comparison to elsewhere in the area. Usually happy with the way my hair looks and if there are any rare problems, I know it will be sorted. I like the recent offers like being able to buy a £100 gift card for £80, that helps a lot. I can always get appointments when I want them, very happy overall.

The staff here are always super friendly and caring! The atmosphere in the salon is lovely. There's always conversation, laughter and a really good selection of music which makes the experience really relaxing. In all my years of coming here i've never once had a bad experience and have nothing negative to say at all! Shaltons is a fantastic salon that I will always recommend to my friends and family.

Have been a customer for years and would not go anywhere else. Such a relaxed atmosphere. Very professional service and lovey friendly staff . Always happy to talk through and advise on any style changes I may be considering. And the head massage with the shampoo is to die for!

I have been visiting Shaltons for many years and the service is always excellent. Elaine and all the staff are very professional and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Staff go over and above to ensure your happy with the experience. Katey always listens carefully and advises accordingly. I know I will always come away feeling amazing!
