Lady did not cut my hair how I wanted it plus never cut my fridge for me neither even though she asked iff I wanted it cutting and said yes

Salon always appears clean and tidy. However, I have noticed that the combs and brushes stylists use go from one client to another without being sterilised or at least washed between clients. I would not think of using a comb or hair brush belonging to a complete stranger unless it was thoroughly washed first so why should customers accept this very unhygenic behaviour in your salon?

Although I love my hair. I'm disappointed with my colours. Was nothing like the picture I had. I wanted High and lowlights are very thin. Baby lights... Wanted Ash blonde and dark slices.. But still looks okay but nothing like I wanted and se as normal.
