I was pleasantly surprised by the relaxed way my appointment was conducted in what are extremely challenging times. I felt comfortable in the salon and obviously the wearing of a mask when the stylist is trying to trim your hair around your ears is a little difficult. Perhaps it would be easier for them if the client unhinged the elastic from behind their ears and held the mask in place by hand whilst the trim is carried out around the ears.

Very professional and friendly salon. Fab colour knowledge and great products used. CV19 procèdures spot on without causing any disruption to the service given. Highly recommended if you want great hair and specialist hairdressing. Emma is a credit to the salon!
