I showed my hairdresser a picture and talked her through what I wanted. There was no attempt made to replicate the style. I had to ask her to style it again. Also all the products on your shelves are just for show. You’re employees should be asking what products customer uses at home and use same in salon. I always ask I would like a lot of body and no attempt to add body using round brush ann styling roots upwards. I always come back with a flat hairstyle. On this occasion I was very disappointed and had to come home and wash and style using roof lift, heat spray, thickening spray and leave in conditioner. It is a shame a big salon like yours is unable to provide the service your customers deserve. I hope to see big changes on my next visit as I believe there is a lot of things that management can implement to make the service unforgettable. I had a wet cut which entailed having about 5inches cut from my hair and I also asked for some of the thickness to be thinned out, no restyle, just a basic cut and for this privilege, which took less than an hour I was charged £49. £49 for a basic haircut is just insane and part of the reason why I don't have my hair cut often. I trust your salon and hairstylist so I like to come to you, but your prices significantly put me off.

Hair cuts were great! Samura has done great job for both boys. However the boys pointed out that the environment was very feminine. They didn’t spot any pictures of male hair cuts for example on the wall up the stairs and felt the location wasn’t welcoming to males.

I was happy with the consultation but didn't like the fact i have to wait a few weeks for my appointment.
