Really nice welcome and very relaxed environment for my children's haircut. Cheri was very helpful, friendly and prompt with both my daughter and son. Would have liked a little more of a tip on what options I had for my son's haircut as I have no idea but other than that they were both very happy.

I would feel a whole lot more comfortable if money could be mentioned when discussing colouring. ie "we could do this - it will be x, or we can do that and it will be y" This also is the case when it comes to finishing rough dry v "blow dry"

Was left standing for a bit, but then given a seat and offered a coffee. Felt a bit in the way to start. Would like to have been asked if I thought finished cut was ok. Wasn't shown back of head or consulted with about it and on hindsight it was too short - hate having to have razor - say every time I have long neck hair. Brushes/combs had other people's hair on before being used on me. Know you can't clean after every one, but rather a build up!

This was a consultation and was very happy with the advice from Paige Unfortunately the appointment availability is not good and may have to look elsewhere
