Hi , thank you for taking time to leave a review. After speaking with yourself and with your hairdresser it has become apparent that during consultation your hairdresser Jenni talked in detail to you about the picture you had brought with you. It was agreed that many aspects of the picture were not going to work for your hairtype. Jenni is incredibly experienced and talked to you in depth about solutions and ways to make a style work for you. A haircut is not one size fits all, we can only work with what we have in front of us. This is the reason that your stylist never looked at the picture. Because that picture was a different head of hair and nothing like your own. Your review paints a picture of a stylist that couldnt be bothered, like she paid no attention but i know for a fact that time,care and attention was spent on you. She also recomended products and talked to you about rosecea, scalp and skin issues. That never met your service and professional advice tick box either, 2 stars. Fair enough. Sometimes we dont get it perfect first time, sometimes the advice isnt enough. We are, after all only human. Yet ater a phone call, with our manager and with jenni offering to come in on her day off, or to stay late after work for or to take a lunch out to fit you in you have decided to decline. She offered these times because she is a fully booked stylist with 18 years experience that is basically waiting list only at the moment. The offer of resolve has been there. We have spent time on the phone to you,yet you still prefer to leave ,in my opinion, an unfair public review on a small local business and a stylist that works extremely hard for her clients.
