I can’t thank Shannon enough for her impeccable services. Not only did she provide outstanding customer service and an incredible colour, cut and blow dry, but she took the extra time and care to thoroughly listen to my thoughts and ideas for how I wanted my hair, as well as my concerns for such a drastic change. Shannon’s approach immediately made me feel at ease and allowed me to feel fully confident, having explained how certain cuts accentuate certain features alongside hiding others! Shannon was fantastic at talking me through the processes that were occurring during my services, both step-by-step, as well as the sciences behind how certain formulas and products work, also tying in after-care to get the most out of my new colour. Shannon was an absolute pleasure from start to finish, I am truly grateful for her services and I fully recommend her services for anyone looking to have their hair done.

I have just found my fabulous new hairdresser! Having just arrived in the area I am so relieved to have found this Salon. They are even better than the one I have just left behind in the Midlands!

This was my second visit at the salon in kirkbymoorside. My first visit was in January when I met Claire. I was astounded by her knowledge and professionalism, not only did Claire give me advice on hair colour but the style that suited me how to blow dry and the cut was fantastic, I even called the Thirsk salon when I got home to tell the manager how pleased I was. Claire is a real ambassador at your salon, she not only styles your hair- she has that holistic approach where you feel ten feet tall when you leave the salon- I feel happy with the service and the coffee is great too!
