A while ago I had a wet cut and blow dry for £19. So no shampoo, conditioner etc. Today I had the same work done but was charged £30. I'm hoping it was a genuine mistake. I used a £5 voucher so actually paid £25. Could someone please check and let me know what will happen? I was very pleased with the cut and blow dry. I log all my spends and have just noticed this discrepancy. Many thanks. Chris M

I have moved from Shefffield and have had great service from the same hairdresser for more than 10 years. I worried long and hard that I was moving to a very much less cosmopolitan environment. There was little to give me assurance that I would be happy with my decision to try this salon,that it would give me the same look that I have cultivated over the years. That I would be happy with a salon giving the service and friendly welcome I have been used to.My style is not long and flowing locks as favored by the young trendy types today but something short,sophisticated and smart with a modern twist to suit a woman of a certain age. I need not have worried,my stylist gives care and consideration of the highest order, I feel that she really cares that I am happy at every stage of the visit and I cannot give high enough praise for the final result. My thanks to my stylist, I will certainly be back,I have found a gem.
