Everyone is very friendly and helpful, but I feel I should mention the following. Sitting on the bed to have my feet done was not very comfortable. I'm quite flexible, but it didn't make for a relaxing experience. Someone older and stiffer may find that position very difficult to maintain. Having said that, I was delighted with my pedicure.

Good all round experience. Offer lovely drinks with a good selection of choice. Staff always accommodate my needs. I like the products used. Some Staff can be too pushy trying to sell products. I do like to be told about new products and appreciate it is a business, but, would like advice without the obvious sales technique. Not had this recently. Having my hair 'done' is a real treat for me. At Watkins-Wright I feel it is the treat i look for. My hair needs are discussed and between the hairdresser and myself we work out a plan. Enjoy having my hair washed. Always friendly environment and facilities are good. I leave feeling my hair looks great and I feel really good. Thanks.
