Everyone at Thirsk Watkins Wright is always cheerful and positive, creating a relaxing and purposeful atmosphere for customers' enjoyment while having their hair or beauty treatments. The attention to ongoing training is significant and sets WW apart as staff are motivated while talking about new products and techniques. Jill is always striving to provide an even better experience for both customers and staff and puts back into the community by giving work experience opportunities for school students as well as providing staff for shows at local charity fund raisers. Staff also genuinely care and listen to their customers as people - it's great to be a long term customer at Watkins Wright!
