I have been visiting Gill and her team for years now. In all that time I have never had a problem and on every occasion have been treated like a valued client. Everyone goes the extra mile to make even a routine trip to the hairdressers a pleasure. My hairdresser is Lucy and we have become friends. She is always bright and friendly, and most importantly professional. On the rare occasions when Lucy has been away, the team have always managed to fit me in with another hairdresser. I am happy to do this as I know that Gill's standards are extremely high for all her team members - and this has been my experience. I have already recommended the salon to friends and will continue to do so. No wonder Gill has won the big award this year!

You are guaranteed professional service from from start to finish. I have been going to Watkins-Wright for more years than I care to remember and have never had cause to think about going anywhere else. It's reassuring to know that Jill invests in a lot in regular training of her staff and products, which means they are on top of the latest techniques and products. It is more than just a hairdressing/beauty appointment. I feel as though I'm popping in to see friends, for a coffee and a chat, and the icing on the cake is exiting the premises with fantastic hair!
