I cannot describe how happy I am with my hair appointment today with Craig. I am someone who has a phobia of going for hair cut and I have been having my hair cut only abroad in the Far East by the same hairdresser for the last 25-30 years. I cannot have hair colouring too as I always reacted to the skin test even at a 'Organic' saloon. I always admire others who can visit their hairdresser regularly and have new hair styles. The only thing I would have done in a UK hair saloon is to have a wash & brow dry. It was by chance I found Craig....met a lady with beautiful hair style at work..she told me great things about Craig whose saloon is not far from me...I rang him & went to see him to tell him about my problems with hair colouring and the reasons why I only have my hair cut by my hairdresser in the Far East...I was also ok with the patch test he did that day....(I also had a reaction to a patch test for eye lash tinting that was done elsewhere that day!!!). Even though I was only there to make enquiry, Craig took the time to listen and then explain what he could do in view of my past bad experience with hair colouring. He never made me feel rushed. I was nervous when I went for my appointment this morning but Craig and his staff made me at ease and offered me beverages regularly. I am very pleased with my new hair style and I look forward to my next appt in 6 weeks time. It is also nice that Craig remembers me and our conversation from my previous visit. So thank you Craig for your excellent hair cut. It means alot to me to be able to have a hairdresser that I know can cut my hair so nice. I now no longer have to wait till I travel to the Far East to have a hair cut 🤗. I can highly recommend W389 👍👍👍
