Staff was really nice and hard-working. I got a balayge which took 3.5 hours. A little bit disappointed with the outcome, but it's okay since it was my first time.

I was stunned how well I was treated - I called by in on spec the day before and luckily secured an appointment before my holiday. Everyone was lovely friendly and welcoming. The team seem to take a great deal of trouble to make your visit special. Very very impressed. Will definitely go again.
