This was my first visit to this salon; I’m very ‘fixed’ in what I want doing to my hair colour and the colour products used which not only makes it tricky for a new stylist to manage my expectations but also makes me pretty anxious at times, wondering what the end result might end up looking like. I saw Luca for my appointment and his attention to detail, the way he fully listened to what I wanted, collaborated with his colleagues and gave me his undivided attention throughout my incredibly long appointment (I have very long hair & required full head colour, corrective in places and a cut & blowdry), was what I would call outstanding service. The salon has a cool vibe to it, great music and plenty of chat from the stylists, there are no ego’s here - trust me, it makes a difference. We all go to a salon to come out with fabulous hair and that I did, yet the level of service throughout is what has made this salon stand out to me from others I’ve been to (living in London and Manchester for work, I’ve seen my fair share!) I have booked a follow up colour appointment With Luca which I’m really looking forward to and have raved to family and friends about how great this salon and the staff are. Professional advice given, lovely welcoming atmosphere and amazing results. Don’t hesitate to book & pay them a visit, I’m so pleased I did.

At my latest visit I had a new deep conditioning treatment, which did leave my hair feeling lovely, as the stylist said. However I was left on the back wash for the treatment, which is far too long to leave your clients with their neck in this position. I was uncomfortable during the treatment to sat myself upright. I have, however experienced neck and shoulder pain and headaches since visiting. I think it would be a good idea to look at how you deliver this treatment.

Hi I would just like to express my thanks for the way your wonderful staff looked after me this afternoon. While paying my bill I felt a little faint and your kind staff went over and above their roles to sit me down and bring me water and biscuits. It was my own fault as I hadn't eaten all day as I had a Slimming World 'weigh in'! They were so lovely. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Olivia and her team Kind Regards

Rachel from the Hale salon is fabulous! She completely understood my hair from day 1. She is punctual, professional whilst maintaining a natural manner with clients. I would and have highly recommended her.
