The venue is really relaxing and always smells divine - on this occasion I had a St Tropez tanning treatment with Leva which was fantastic- the colour has been perfect and still going strong after 3 days - felt very comfortable during the treatment and Leva was extremely considerate and respectful- would definitely highly recommend. I have previously had the luxury manicure and pedicure treatments on numerous occasions and always with fantastic results - thank you

I was really impressed with the Treatment Loft, lovely ambiance and decor. The price was not a problem either. I was a little disappointed with the choice of earrings as I wear gold & most of the earrings were silver. But I did find something I liked - I know it’s probably not your main treatment . Having said that I had a lovely experience with a very nice therapist & I would definitely come back for other treatments.

Truely excellent therapist, would ask for her again Its a shame you haven't got a nicer area to sit and relax afterwards, drink water, look at the products you can buy etc

Thank you for taking the time to complete our review Caroline. I just wanted to clarify that we do a small lounge area where clients generally relax prior to their treatments. However, due to government rules we are not allowed to use that area at present. When you came in you would not have seen that area as your treatment room was near to our entrance end of the salon. We do have Eames chairs with footstools to relax in and many of our clients used to stay after their treatments too. Hopefully once the Covid rules are relaxed we will be able to use our lounge again but for the safety of everyone we are adhering to the strict government rules. In the meantime I am very happy to hear you had an excellent treatment. Many thanks. Gill

A really lovely experience for myself and my daughter. Both therapists were professional and very cheerful and chatty!
