Emily was lovely very knowledgeable asked me the right questions to make sure she gave me the best service. My only complaint was that I was left waiting outside a lock door with another client after my appointment was ment to have started the other client had to knock the door to get service/ attention of a member of staff, which I didn’t think was very good service ( the other Clint who must have been a regular Clint said it because of covid ) which I didn’t understand now or why there was no one on reception. Also I didn’t understand why we where asked to wear masks when staff don’t or anyone else in the building??
