I arrived late and stressed (travel issues) but I was immediately welcomed by friendly and understanding staff. This was my first visit (a recommendation from a good friend) and I was extremely happy with the customer service, their understanding and kindness, not to mention the hair cut! Ab-so-lute-ly fabulous. 10 years younger? I'd say 15 if not more. Thank you so much.
