Although staff are consistently friendly & helpful, I find the quality of waxing varies, sometimes therapists are a little 'stingey' with how much they are willing to remove, and don't ask whether satisfied with the treatment before they finish. I understand they have guidelines and stick to these respectfully, but it means sometimes treatments do not seem sufficient, or it is unclear what the different waxes include, meaning sometimes money does not always seem well spent using the salon. Apart from this though I do praise the salon overall.
