Maxi was fabulous! She made me feel thoroughly welcomed and totally at ease for my second ever waxing (and the first I consider truly professional); she gave me really good advice on post-appointment care, and what to do (and what not to do!) ahead of my next appointment, which I will absolutely be going to the Covent Garden Salon again for - they have a new loyal customer!
