Lady was really unfriendly and her waxing technique was very rough. i would not receommend this salon to anyone i know.

Last time I went to this salon I had a totally awful French manicure... The kind you're emabarressed to go back into work with. The White was thick, which I'd pointed out during the manicure and the pink went all stripey. The girl who did it was lovely and had suggested I come back in for a complementary file and polish, but when she checked with her manager he was very rude, told me I hadn't been charged for the French (their fault for mischargimg, not mine). So I left unhappy and quite offended by this man. You're always able to get an appointment here last minute which is handy, bit there is a reason why!

While the atmosphere and staff were lovely, the nail polish was extremely old and my manicure useless as every nail is filled with bubbles and uneven paint. I left the shop with my nails looking worse than when I arrived.

Having been recommened the salon by a friend, I was disappointed with the service and the whole experience. We booked in for three people and were shoved into the smallest space with for our manicure/pedicures that were booked. The price for each manicure/pedicure was very pricey and I would def not recommend the salon. Many other places that are far cheaper and better service.

I came in for a full leg wax one afternoon, and wanted a last minute appointment. The staff were welcoming and accommodating which was brilliant as I hadn't booked in advance. Unfortunately, when I got back to work I realised that there was a lot of wax left on my legs, and there were still patches of hair that hadn't been seen to. I went back after work and the lady cleaned the forgotten wax off, finished off the side of my leg and also removed the other patches of hair that were missed, however when I got home, there were still hairs that hadn't been removed! It's a shame because they were lovely and the salon is fresh and clean, but I won't be going again. £35 is too much to pay for feeling like you've had nothing done.

I think the conditioning treatment advertised could be improved. It seemed a fairly standard conditioning service- not a treatment as such. The deal I got through wahanda was still good value but could have been more honestly advertised as a cut and finish with a blow dry.
