I payed 360 pounds for a yuko treatment that didn’t work. It was a waste of money . I’ve done it before in other salons and it was amazing but here it was just a waste of money horrible

The service has really gone ‘down’ from what I received from the salon before lockdown. Before lockdown, my nails were cleaned and feet washed. This has now been reduced to just a nail clip and fail - very very basic. Also, the service is suppose to be 15min, I think I was in there for 5min. I won’t go back unless I get notification that they are addressing the issue. I am really disappointed.

Hello Laurens, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you felt the express pedicure you received at our Salon was not to your expectation. With the express pedicure we cut, shape, file and polish the nails, while with the full pedicure you get the foot bath, exfoliation, and cuticle work too. Our new beauty therapist Gislene should have spent more time on your feet, apologies about this, we have addressed the time issue, we tried to call you over the phone to invite you for another visit. However, we understand that on some occasions expectations are not met and we always do our utmost to put right any situation where a client feels unsatisfied. This was the worst experience I've ever had at this salon. The therapist did not complete the intimate wax to a high standard.

I was quoted £450 for a Yuko treatment but the salon's updated price on Treatwell is £350 and for Waist Length £350. Very confused over the £100 discrepancy & general lack of clarity over pricing.

I am the regular client for wax (buttock & crack) and men's haircut. The services that I received usually were good or above expectation. However, the service that I received today for men's wax (buttock and crack) was underwhelming. Some parts on my crack and buttocks were not properly waxed. I usually don't mind if it not much or short hairs, but today it didn't feel as smooth as it is usually done. So I'm not very happy with the result. She didn't even asked whether I'm happy with everything. By the time I went out from the room, she is not even at the front desk.
