Have been loyal customer for years, and really love Shoreditch Spa and all the therapists. Unfortunately recent increase in prices means I can’t continue to come as often for massage.

Lovely staff and nice clean salon, felt like the full body scrub could have definetly been longer I think the full treatment was over in 30 mins or less. I also got the luxury pedicure but didn’t feel luxury just was quite standard- only foot file used to remove dead skin and it wasn’t very thorough like I’m used too.

I was really happy with my first experience with Jadeline, but not sure i Will come back after the second one yesterday. Firstly i didnt like it that another lady took over even though i booked with Jadeline, nobody told me Why or asked for my opinion. Secondly, she wasnt very nice and commented that im „more senstive than others” when doing extractions. She did a great treatment overall but it felt like i was a problem to her. Finally, i dont like how each time they are forcing to sell the cosmetics they are using. Is it a spa or a dermatologica brand shop?

Th Receptionist was really lovely and polite when I arrived. The therapist seemed less happy to be there. Her mobile phone rang twice during the massage. The treatments were very good, but the custome service needed improvement.

I have been coming to Shoreditch spa for years and usually love the treatments and staff - but I will never be coming back. I booked a pregnancy facial as a treat for my birthday. The experience was unprofessional and I felt she was very rude and unsympathetic. The treatment itself felt rushed and uncaring. I will not be recommending to anyone or coming back myself.
