Wonderful wash and blow dry before my daughters wedding at the Town Hall in Rye. I would definitely recommend this salon, we had a complimentary hand and arm massage which was very relaxing and the whole experience was a real treat. Staff were very friendly and experienced.

From the moment I entered the saloon, I was treated very well. I had gone there to have my hair done for my son's wedding. The stylist did exactly as I asked. The extra touches like the head and neck massage, also the hand and arm massage, all the made the morning more relaxing and the experiance enjoyable.

This was my first visit. I was so impressed with the client care - a complimentary hand massage and de stress shoulder massage before my haircut. The stylist Joanne was experienced and talented and did a fantastic job cutting my hair. I was warmly welcomed, made to feel at home and forgiven for arriving late to my appointment. Rye Retreat will now become my regular place of choice for haircuts and other beauty treatments. As a newcomer to Rye I am lucky to have found this gem!

My second visit to Rye Retreat was for highlights. I was very impressed by Joanne’s use of colour to mask the weaker characteristics of my hair. I was delighted by the results and recognise her talents. The whole experience was extremely pleasant with a great massage from Tegan. She has the Midas touch!. My improvement suggestion would be to spread out customers and use the large area available in the salon when numbers permit.
