Faye was extremely helpful at making me feel at ease as itโ€™s my first time having a massage or treatments in a long time. She explained everything in detail and how it would be tailored for my skin and also for me as I am expecting. Faye was lovely and chatty and also asked all the time if I needed anything and felt ok. The salon was lovely and quiet where I could relax and the head and back massage was just what I needed.

Went to The Powder Room for Christmas nails. They were able to fit me in at a busy time. The people are extremely friendly and the quality of the manicure (Shellac) was excellent...lasted well beyond Christmas and the New Year. Returned for a soak off and again, the service was great. Have booked for later this month. Will definitely recommend.
