There was no perfessionalism at all, never asked how I like my nails to be shaped, no cutical work was done,, they all seems really unorganised.

I have been to The powder room for a while, but was very disappointed with my last visit. Where I should feel relaxed and pampered I felt like I was an inconvenience. I normally have the diamond fasical but I was very disappointed. I normally get a face mask and mini shoulder massage afterwards but I didn't. I was just left in the room. My skin has been worse than ever since my last visit .

I booked a recharge spa day using the bring a friend for free offer and treated my mum for her birthday . Overall I was disappointed with the experience. It was advertised as a 4 hour spa day but felt really rushed. We arrived at 11 and were shown the sauna room which was lovely, but there was very little explanation about what to do.. we were told treatments would be at 12:15 so we needed to use the mud sauna and eat lunch before then. After the treatments we were prompted to leave.. we were there for less than 2.5 hours. I just felt that because I had booked using a half price offer, we got half the experience. It wasn't much of a relaxing spa day because we felt rushed. I also found it unprofessional to be given the forms to fill in when we were leaving. On a positive note the treatments (back massage) were very good and the lunch was nicely presented.

A lovely relaxing environment for my pedicure. I do feel a bit short changed as I still have a lot of hard skin not removed and after 2 hours feel I need to go grate my feet. I was also looking forward to some moisture application which never happened. This was meant to be a treat and, although I did enjoy the experience I feel it could have been better.
